Chronicle of a Breast Augmentation in Los Angeles

Several days ago, I saw a patient in my Los Angeles clinic who presented for a primary breast augmentation. To a plastic surgeon, a primary breast augmentation means that a healthy woman is having a breast implant placed for the first time. A secondary breast augmentation or reconstruction is a patient who is having revisional surgery for the breast implant.
