When do I return for follow-up care? Breast reduction surgery places specific exercise limitations on a patient for the first two weeks after surgery. During this period, the body needs time to heal. Dr. Karamanoukian will schedule a postoperative appointment within five days of the surgery so that he can examine you and remove breast dressings.
